Beat the heat with Fruit Sorbet
Ingredients
- For 3/4 of a liter of sorbet, add one container of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries each.
- 90 g of sugar
- 20cl water
- 1 egg white
Preparation
To begin
It's summer and it's hot ... Cool down with a fruity sorbet!
You can mix them with your Lagrange Blender.
Mix sugar and water in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Then
Incorporate your fruit, mix together to refrigerate and churn baby, churn!
