Delivery Policy

Delivery to a pick-up point is FREE from an order of €50 including tax.

Below €50, the delivery rate is automatically calculated according to the delivery method selected.

Lagrange offers 3 delivery methods: 

• Pick up & Go: Enjoy quickness, simplicity and flexibility of the Pick up & Go locations. Wherever you are in France, you can find locations near your home or workplace. Check it out now on the La Postewebsite.
• Home delivery: If you are available during the day, you can benefit from at home delivery by Colissimo in mainland France. The email confirmation of shipment will provide you the tracking number of your order. This number allows you to follow your order on the La Poste website. You can also find it in your LAGRANGE customer account.
• Express Home Delivery: An urgent need for a gift? Enjoy a Chronopost express delivery. Order before 11am and you will receive tyour package at home the next day (working day) before 6pm. 

We remind you that deliveries to overseas departments and territories and to military addresses are impossible. Unclaimed orders in parcel relays or at post offices will be subject to charges equivalent to the delivery charges.

Returns: after receipt of your product, you have the right to return it within 15 days. Products must be intact and in their original packaging. For any return inquiry, a contact formmust be filled. Refunds will be processed by the means of payment used and after the control of our quality department.
